Armchair Mendel at the Salone del Mobile fair, Milano 2016

We have already worked with A.M.O.S Design Brno – we have supplied chairs and tables to the monastery Hospital in Kuks through them. When the architect Vladimír Ambroz approached us with a request to produce a skeleton for a comfortable chair design by him, we first refused the contract. But his words, "That wouldn't make the founder of your company František Sádlík whose creative legacy you follow happy" changed our decision.

The task has cost us a lot of effort. When all was done, the architect Vladimír Ambroz came up with the idea of exhibiting the Mendel chair, whose skeleton was made by Sádlík, at the prestigious design fair in Milan. We can be proud of our small family business.

We could not resist and went to Milan. The number of companies showing the latest products and followings trends that, however, change every year, was tremendous. We were glad that MENDEL chair with a timeless design, exhibited by A.M.O.S Design in the Czech Selection booth was there to be seen.
